This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance through employee satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research approach uses a quantitative approach. The population and sample were 71 respondents, namely Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Kaimana employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and Sobel test. The research results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance
